We are a HIPAA verified company, meaning our team goes through comprehensive trainings to ensure privacy and security for you and your clients. We partner with the Compliancy Group to ensure we remain compliant and stay up-to-date on any HIPAA related information.

Recredentialing and maintenance

Approximately every 3-5 years, insurance payers will verify your information, as well as attestations every 90-120 days on CAQH, Optum, Availity, Better Doctor, etc. We will work alongside you to make sure nothing falls through the cracks!
